Європейські та національні підходи в сфері стандартизації якості грунтів

Abstract

Проаналізовано європейські та національні підходи в сфері стандартизації якості ґрунтів, наведено сучасні вимоги в сфері національної стандартизації, визначено проблеми, що існують у напрямку її розвитку та запропоновано можливі шляхи їх вирішення.

As a result of carried out work the European and national approaches to standardization of soil quality are analyzed, the modern requirements in national standardization are highlighted, there are defined problems that exist in the direction of its development and possible solutions are suggested. European and national approaches towards the development of the regulatory base and priorities in the field of soils are similar, but unfortunately, funding and support from the state are almost absent. One reason is that soil resources are not considered as a priority in terms of food security. Analysis of the current requirements in the field of national standardization has showed that for the development of standardization in the field of soil quality the priority should be the adoption of international and European standards as national standards. There are defined problems that hinder the implementation of international and European standards and, above all, it is insufficient material technical state of laboratories for their implementation. To implement EU policy in Ukraine it is necessary: to create modern Analytical centers, preferably based on research institutions that will correlate test results with each other and, thus, facilitate recognition of test results in different countries; to carry out more active work towards raising funds of landowners and large agroholdings to develop regulations.
