Проблеми молодіжного ринку праці України

Abstract

Розглянуто проблеми молодіжного ринку праці України, що існують сьогодні, проаналізовано причини безробіття та низької конкурентоспроможності молодих фахівців. Актуальність даного питання обумовлена появою негативних наслідків молодіжного безробіття. Досліджено функціонування Державної служби зайнятості, а також запропоновано заходи для покращення ситуації на молодіжному ринку праці.

There was considered the problems of the youth labor market in Ukraine today, analyzes the causes of unemployment and low competitiveness of young professionals. The urgency of this issue due to the appearance of negative consequences of youth unemployment. The article investigates the functioning of the State employment service, and proposed measures to improve the situation of the youth labor market.
