Підвищення ефективності підприємства шляхом оптимізації ресурсного потенціалу

Abstract

Проаналізовано основи оцінки виробничого потенціалу промислового підприємства. Досліджено можливості застосування різних методів для оцінки виробничого потенціалу і зроблено вибір найкращого з них. Обґрунтовано розширення обраного методу, визначено показники оцінки додаткових складових виробничого потенціалу. Застосовано комплексний аналіз виробничого потенціалу для підвищення ефективності підприємства. Наведено поетапний алгоритм підвищення ефективності підприємства.

The framework for the assessment of the industrial enterprise production potential is analyzed. The possibilities of different methods for the production potential assessment and selection of the best one are studied. The extension of the chosen method, defined indicators for measuring additional components of production capacity are grounded and driven stepwise an algorithm to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. It is considered inadequate to improve the efficiency of enterprises by optimizing their resource potential. Theoretical justifications for the place and role of the resource potential in the process of forming effect are insufficiently elaborated. The existing methods of evaluation and optimization of the resource potential inadequately established statistical and economic accounting systems.
