Abstract

Исследовано комплексное влияние методики воздушной криотерапии и криотренинга на психофизическое состояние клиентов гостиничных и санаторно-курортных учреждений по сравнению со стандартными программами. Созданы методические рекомендации по использованию воздушной криотерапии в оздоровительных и тренинговых мероприятиях. Показано стимулирующее и мобилизующее влияние воздушной криотерапии на организм человека и эффективность использования воздушной криотерапии в комплексных мероприятиях по повышению качества жизни.

The complex influence of aerocryotherapy techniques on psychophysical state of clients in sanitary facilities compared to standard programs is studied. Methodical guidelines for using aerocryotherapy in the activities improving life quality are developed. The relevance of the study is due to two components of the problems concerning mass recreational activities - social, economic, health and hygienic. The stimulating and mobilizing influence of aerocryotherapy on human body and the effectiveness of cryotherapy in the aero complex in the measures for the improvement of life quality is displayed in the article. A sustainable positive effect of relaxation cryotherapy treatments using the measures of psychological and physiological state of a person is noticed. The results of the study allow us recommend widespread use of cryosimulators in the enterprises of hotel industry as a means of expanding the range of services that can boost the profits of hotel enterprises and the overall quality of public services.
