Окремі аспекти розвитку галузі овочівництва в Україні на сучасному етапі

Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості розвитку галузі овочівництва, що є найважливішою галуззю сільського господарства, на сучасному етапі. Досліджено аспекти розвитку галузі та основні механізми підвищення ефективності виробництва овочів. Визначено, що галузь овочівництва в Україні має суттєві резерви підвищення ефективності і вдосконалення на цій основі загального ринку овочів, переважно за рахунок внутрішнього виробництва. Запропоновано основні шляхи підвищення ефективності функціонування галузі овочівництва в Україні на сучасному етапі.

Features of the development of the vegetable growing industry, which is the most important agricultural sector at the present stage, are considered. The aspects of the development of the industry and the main mechanisms for increasing the efficiency of vegetable production are investigated. It was determined that the vegetable industry in Ukraine has substantial reserves for increasing the efficiency and improving on this basis the general market of vegetables, mainly due to domestic production. The main ways to improve the functioning of the vegetable industry in Ukraine at the present stage are proposed.
