Зайнятість на ринку праці: реалії та прогнози

Abstract

Розглянуто основні проблеми та тенденції зайнятості в Україні. Виявлено основні напрями вдосконалення політики зайнятості населення в ринкових умовах. Досліджено стратегію економічного та соціального розвитку України, прогнозні показники розвитку ринку праці України.

In the present conditions of economic development, the questions of effective employment of Ukraine population, the creation of labor market and the prevention of mass unemployment acquire special urgency. Labor market takes central place among the other markets. The aim of the paper is to identify the major issues, trends and factors of unemployment, to examine the role of the state in ensuring a high level of employment. Taking into account the seriousness of the problem of labor market formation, it is impossible to rely on the fact that the way of their solution will be routed via the actions of regulators. The achievement of significant results in the considerations of these questions it is possible by means of the influence of active economic policy.
