Управління інвестиційними проектами аграрних підприємств та об'єднань в умовах довгострокового співробітництва

Abstract

В статті розглянуто основні положення управління інвестиційними проектами на сільськогосподарських підприємствах та об’єднань через створення довгострокового співробітництва. Розглянуто ряд процедур, за допомогою яких здійснюється управління інвестиційною діяльністю. Відображено процес розробки і впровадження інвестиційної діяльності сільськогосподарського підприємства. На основі аналізу вітчизняних досліджень в області інвестиційної діяльності організації і прийняття інвестиційних управлінських рішень виділено основні погляди на управління інвестиційною діяльністю. Вказані вимоги до всього процесу інвестиційного управління. Виділено особливості інвестиційних рішень, сутність яких полягає в підготовці, вибору і комплексного характеру прийняття управлінських рішень. Розглянуто роль та місце інвестиційної діяльності в системі управління підприємством. Викладено системний підхід до формування методології інвестицій АПК, розробки принципів, сукупних методів і досконалих механізмів інвестиційної діяльності в умовах довгострокового співробітництва.

The article deals with the main provisions of the management of investment projects in agricultural enterprises and associations through the establishment of long-term cooperation. The article deals with a number of procedures by which the management of investment activity is carried out. The process of development and implementation of investment activity of an agricultural enterprise is shown. Based on the analysis of domestic research in the area of investment activity of the organization and the adoption of investment management decisions, the main views on the management of investment activities are highlighted. The specified requirements for the whole process of investment management are specified. The peculiarities of investment decisions, the essence of which is the preparation, choice and complex nature of making managerial decisions, are singled out. The article also examines the role and place of investment activity in the enterprise management system. The system approach to the formation of the investment methodology of the agroindustrial complex, the development of principles, aggregate methods and perfect mechanisms of investment activity in the conditions of long-term cooperation is described.
