Формування конкурентних переваг сільськогосподарських підприємств та напрями підвищення їх конкурентоспроможності

Abstract

В статті означено проблеми підвищення конкурентоспроможності сільськогосподарських підприємств. Надана модель формування конкурентних переваг аграрного підприємства. Автором запропоновано напрями підвищення конкурентоспроможності сільськогосподарських підприємств, що включають заходи, які будуть створювати умови для забезпечення достатнього рівня конкуренції підприємств, які досліджуються. Також виділено негативні чинники, що створюють загострення конкуренції суб’єктів господарювання аграрної сфери і пропонуються заходи зі зневілювання, в певній мірі, впливу гальмуючих чинників на створення умов до підвищення конкурентоспроможності аграрних підприємств.

The article points out the problems of increasing the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. A model for the formation of competitive advantages of business entities of the agrarian sector is proposed. The author proposed directions for improving the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises, including measures that will create conditions for ensuring an adequate level of competition among enterprises. Also the negative factors are highlighted that create aggravated competition of economic entities in the agrarian sector and propose measures to eliminate, to a certain extent, the influence of inhibiting factors on creating conditions for increasing the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises.
