Регіональний аспект економічної безпеки держави

Abstract

Розглянуто проблеми економічної безпеки регіону як фундаменту загальнодержавної безпеки, визначено сучасні особливості економічної безпеки держави, на основі аналізу існуючих концепцій узагальнено та виділено основні напрями оцінки економічної безпеки регіону з урахуванням специфіки трансформаційних процесів у економіці України.

The problems of economic security of the region as the base of national safety are considered, modern features of economic security of the state are determined, the basic areas of estimation of economic security of the region are generalized and marked on the base of analysis of existent conceptions with taking into account the specific of transformation processes in the economy of Ukraine. The reasons of origin of most threats have clear regional character on the modern stage; it stipulates the necessity of research of economic security exactly at regional level. Transformation of social and economic model of society at the terms of globalization defines the necessity for regions to form their own conception of economic security and strategy of its providing. Economic security is a complex concept which represents the complicated system of economic, legal, administrative and political relations on the different levels of public production – at level of micro- and macroeconomics. It foresees the analysis of economic position of enterprises, industries, regions and country on the whole, and that is why it should be considered in the aggregate of sectoral and territorial relations. Systematization and accounting of regional aspect of economic security of the state allow timely and more exactly to define directions of such economic development which creates terms for the successful functioning, felicitous opposition to the influence of internal and external threats for national economy as a whole. It is necessary to form the effective multilevel system «state-region-enterprise» for the decision of certain modern domestic problems of economic security of the country.
