Формування позитивної комунікативної установки під час навчання

Abstract

Визначено поняття позитивної комунікативної установки та обґрунтовано аспекти, що впливають на її формування. Наведено особливості формування та прояву потреби в позитивних відносинах і тих особливостях організації та управління педагогічним процесом, які сприяють формуванню комунікативних установок. Досліджено умови, що змінюють та формують комунікативні установки. Визначено технологію педагогічної підтримки процесу формування комунікативних установок. Установлено рівні роботи зі зміни та формування комунікативних установок. Вивчено чинники, що впливають на ефективність комунікативних установок.

The definition of the positive communicative system and substantiation of the aspects which affect on its formation are determined. Features of formation and manifestation of the need for positive attitude and those features of the organization and management of the pedagogical process, which contribute to the formation of communicative systems, are presented. The conditions which change and form communication systems are investigated. The technology of pedagogical support of the process of formation of communicative systems is determined. The levels of work which change and form communication systems are defined. The factors which affect the efficiency of communication systems are studied. Formation of communication facilities during training can be effective by forming the need to positive interaction and self-development, focused training of students in the study of various humanities disciplines or the introduction of special course teaching communication skills or training; through the use of active learning methods and technologies, special theoretical and practical, oral and written tasks which contribute to the formation or updating and fixing positive communication systems.
