Напрями та особливості формування інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення протидії рейдерству на паливно-енергетичних підприємствах

Abstract

Доведено, що за останні роки серед найбільших загроз паливно-енергетичним підприємствам визначається рейдерство, яке впливає на рівень економічної безпеки, створює умови для уповільнення темпів зростання основних фінансово-економічних показників. Метою роботи є визначення напрямів та особливостей формування інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення протидії рейдерству на паливно-енергетичних підприємствах. На основі систематизації теоретичних положень визначено інформаційно-аналітичне забезпечення протидії рейдерству на паливно-енергетичних підприємствах, де зроблено акцент на формуванні системи дій та інструментів, які дозволяють знизити рівень рейдерської загрози, та на напрямах оцінки рівня рейдерської загрози, що дає можливість розробити заходи щодо попередження ймовірності її виникнення. Визначено складові інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення протидії рейдерству. Запропоновано підхід до оцінки рівня рейдерської загрози на паливно-енергетичних підприємствах, визначені рекомендації підвищення ефективності протидії рейдерству.

It has been proved that over the past years, among the biggest threats to fuel and energy enterprises, raiding is determined, which affects the level of economic security, creates conditions for deceleration of the growth rates of the main financial and economic indicators. The aim of the work is to determine the directions and peculiarities of the formation of informational and analytical support for counteraction to raiding at fuel and energy enterprises. On the basis of systematization of theoretical positions, information and analytical support for counteraction to raiding at fuel and energy enterprises is determined, where the emphasis is placed on the formation of a system of actions and instruments that can reduce the level of the raider threat, and on the directions of assessing the level of the raider threat, which makes it possible to develop preventive measures the probability of its occurrence. The components of information-analytical support for counteraction to raiding are determined. The approach to estimation of the level of raider threat in fuel and energy enterprises is offered, recommendations of increase of efficiency of counteraction to raiding are defined.
