Моніторинг реалізації стратегії управління інтелектуальним капіталом

Abstract

У статті розглядається аналітичний підхід до формування структурно-логічного алгоритму моніторингу реалізації стратегії управління інтелектуальним капіталом будівельних підприємств. Мета статті розробка алгоритму ефективного моніторингу реалізації стратегії управління інтелектуальним капіталом будівельних підприємств. Розглядається специфіка будівельної галузі, яка включає у себе особливості проектного управління. Відповідно для підвищення ефективності використання інтелектуального капіталу будівельних підприємств пропонується розглядати окремо процес моніторингу управління формуванням та використанням інтелектуального капіталу. У результаті проведеного дослідження було визначено алгоритм проведення моніторингу управління стратегією розвитку інтелектуального капіталу з урахуванням специфіки будівельної галузі, що представлена авторами як системна, багатокомпонентна категорія, що відповідає вимогам до забезпечення ефективного управління будівельними підприємствами.

The article deals with the analytical approach to the formation of the structural and logical algorithm for monitoring the implementation of the strategy for managing intellectual capital of construction enterprises. The purpose of the article is the development of an algorithm for the effective monitoring of the implementation of the strategy for managing intellectual capital of construction enterprises. The specifics of the construction industry are considered, which includes the features of project management. Accordingly, to increase the efficiency of the use of intellectual capital of construction companies, it is proposed to consider separately the process of monitoring the management of the formation and use of intellectual capital. As a result of the research, an algorithm was proposed for monitoring the management of the strategy for the development of intellectual capital, taking into account the specifics of the construction industry, presented by the authors as a systemic, multicomponent category that meets the requirements for effective management of construction enterprises.
