Abstract

Уточнено трактування поняття «організаційно-економічний механізм мобілізації ресурсного потенціалу підприємства»; визначено цілі та завдання; систематизовано методи, способи та інструменти мобілізації ресурсного потенціалу підприємства; обґрунтовано методичний підхід до формування організаційно-економічного механізму мобілізації ресурсного потенціалу підприємства.

Necessity to develop the methodology for assessing individual aspects of the resource potential of trade enterprise to make effective management decisions in the long run term led to the relevance of the research topic. The ground for the use of methodical approach to the formation of organizational and economic mechanism for mobilization of the enterprise’s resource potential is urgent task. The purpose of the article is substantiation of the methodological approach to the formation of organizational and economic mechanism for mobilization of the enterprise’s resource potential. The interpretation of the concept of "organizational and economic mechanism of enterprise’s resource potential mobilization" was refined; the goals and objectives of mobilization were defined; methods, techniques, and tools of mobilization resource potential of the enterprise were systematized; the methodical approach to the formation of organizational and economic mechanism for mobilization of the enterprise’s resource potential was grounded.
