Abstract

Корпоративний сектор національної економіки являє собою галузь, яка формує сталий розвиток не лише окремого підприємства, регіону, але й усієї країни. В Україні триває процес становлення національної моделі корпоративного управління, характерною ознакою якої є відсутність ефективних правових, організаційних важелів реалізації переваг акціонерної форми власності, дієвих механізмів корпоративного управління та реалізації інтересів усіх суб’єктів корпоративного управління. Це зумовлює необхідність оцінки якості корпоративного управління підприємством.
