Методичні підходи до побудови інноваційного профілю регіону та його апробація

Стеничева И.Б. Методические подходы к построению инновационного профиля региона и его апробація. Цель статьи: определение сущности инновационного профиля региона и методических подходов к его построению. Осуществление апробации предложенных методических подходов к построению инновационного профиля на примере репрезентативного региона Украины. Методология исследования: методологическую основу исследования составляют фундаментальные положения экономической теории, национальной экономики, региональной экономики, научные разработки и подходы зарубежных и отечественных ученых. Для достижения цели исследования были использованы методы, применяемые на эмпирическом и теоретическом уровнях: аксиоматический, абстрактный, системно-структурного, факторного анализа, сравнения и аналогии с помощью которых была проведена оценка трактовок понятий региональный профиль и апробирована модель построения такого профиля для репрезентативного региона. Нами предложена методика построения инновационного профиля региона с помощью определения сильных и слабых сторон, возможностей и угроз посредством использования модифицированного SWOT-анализа, изучения и оценки динамики влияния внутренних и внешних факторов на формирование инновационного пространства региона. В статье исследованы методические подходы к построению инновационного профиля региона. Автором предложена матрично-векторная модель изменения характера сильных сторон региона в сфере формирования инновационного пространства в условиях благоприятного и неблагоприятного сценариев. Также построена матрично-векторная модель изменения характера слабых и сильных сторон региона в процессе формирования инновационного пространства в условиях благоприятного и неблагоприятного сценариев. Построенные шкалы балльной оценки относительно возможностей и угроз формирования инновационного пространства. Определен общий вид профиля региона по уровню сформированности инновационного пространства репрезентативного региона.

Purpose of the article: determination of the essence of the innovative profile of the region and methodological approaches to its construction. Implementation of approbation of the proposed methodological approaches to building an innovative profile on the example of a representative region of Ukraine. Research Methods: the methodological basis of the research is formed by the fundamental provisions of economic theory, national economy, regional economy, scientific developments and approaches of foreign and domestic scientists. To achieve the goal of the study, the methods used at the empirical and theoretical levels were used: axiomatic, abstract, system-structural, factorial analysis, comparison and analogy, with the help of which the interpretation of the concepts of regional profile was assessed and a model for constructing such a profile for a representative region. Scientific novelty: a method is proposed for constructing an innovative profile of a region by identifying strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats through the use of a modified SWOT analysis, studying and assessing the dynamics of the influence of internal and external factors on the formation of the region’s innovation space. Conclusions and Prospects for Further Research: the article examines methodological approaches to building an innovative profile of the region. The author proposes a matrixvector model of changing the nature of the strengths of the region in the field of the formation of innovation space in the conditions of favorable and unfavorable scenarios. Also, a matrix-vector model of changes in the nature of the weak and strong sides of the region in the process of forming the innovation space in the conditions of favorable and unfavorable scenarios has been built. The constructed scoring scales regarding the opportunities and threats of the formation of the innovation space. The general view of the profile of the region is determined by the level of formation of the innovative space of the representative region.
